How it works

1. Use the product as directed.
   We recommend introducing one new product at a time and performing a patch test prior to use.
2. Contact us within 14 days of purchase.
   Email us at hello@poetsatelier.com with your order number, a description of the reaction, and before/after photographs.
3. Return the product.
   Once your request has been reviewed, we may ask you to return the product. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, and Poets Atelier cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged during transit.
4. Receive your refund.
   If your claim is approved, we will refund the purchase price of the affected product to your original payment method.
