Poets Atelier products are currently available through our official website and official stockists. Please refer to our stockists page.
You will receive an email from us once your order is on its way. The email will contain a tracking number and a link which will provide the most recent tracking information.

International shipping costs and import or custom duties (if applicable) may apply.
Please note we are unable to refund your order if you do not want to pay the import or customs duty upon arrival. Customs duties and policies vary per country.
Once your package leaves our fulfillment center, transit time will vary depending on your location.
We aim to deliver orders from Australia within 1-3 business days.
Standard overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 3-14 business days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We use Shopify Payments to process all online orders. It is a safe and secure gateway which accepts all major credit cards.
Please ensure your billing information is exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. Make sure you correctly spell city/province/territory names and avoid using abbreviations. If you’re not sure what your exact billing address is, please contact your financial institution for clarification.
If you have ordered the incorrect product, and it is unused and unopened, please contact us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, less shipping costs. Please note we are only able to return products which have been purchased directly from this website.
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened and used products.
To return the incorrect product received, please send an email to hello@poetsatelier.com and we will assist you further. You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product.
If your product was delivered damaged, please contact us at hello@poetsatelier.com and provide a photo of the damage.
Formulations & Safety
All our products are formulated and manufactured in Australia. Our ingredients are sustainably sourced from Australia and around the globe.
Our products do not contain silicones, parabens, PEGs, sulfates (SLS/SLES), GMOs, mineral oils, petrolatum, synthetic fragrance or synthetic colours.
We do not use live probiotics or bacteria in our skincare products. We aim to create the optimal environment for your microbiome (the trillions of microorganisms that live on the skin) to remain diverse and balanced. We use prebiotics, postbiotics and fermented actives without disrupting the skin barrier in which the microbes live on.
Poets Atelier products are formulated with sensitive skin types in mind. Despite our best efforts, skin sensitivities and allergies are unique to every person so it is impossible to guarantee that any skincare product will not cause irritation.
To minimise the chance of irritation, we made our facial products without synthetic fragrance, pure essential oils or perfume. We have also avoided known irritants and endocrine disruptors.
Some products contain natural ingredients such as nut oils which may trigger allergies.
We recommend if you have sensitive skin or allergies that you do a patch test first or consult your medical practitioner before using any new skincare product. If your skin is not responding well to one of our products please discontinue use and contact a medical practitioner.
Yes, however we always recommend consultation with your medical practitioner on advice about usage of specific ingredients during pregnancy, postpartum or while breastfeeding. Full ingredients lists can be found on each product’s page.
No. Our products are considered cosmetic and are not drugs - therefore we cannot claim to diagnose, cure, or treat melasma. However, our formulas have been tested to brighten the skin, even skin tone and improve all types of discolouration such as post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation.
You might notice small suspended particles in your oil, and that’s completely normal! These natural flecks are simply the bio-fermented Kakadu Plum, a powerhouse of antioxidants and Vitamin C, lovingly infused into our product.
Because we value purity and skin health, we’ve chosen not to add any emulsifiers or synthetic stabilisers. This means you’re experiencing the product in its most natural, unaltered form.
